Processing an Order
Domestic Payment Methods
SavingsHub.com would like to make your buying experience as easy and convenient as possible. One way we can achieve this is by accepting a wide array of payment methods. We accept any major credit card directly through our site or the following method of payments as well: Amazon Pay, Bank Wire Transfer, Check or Money Orders. All orders over $3,000 must submit payment with Amazon Pay or a Bank Wire transfer. Please email or call us at (855) 4-HUB-HUB and a representative will assist you with any questions regarding our checkout process. Please make sure to include a valid phone number with your order so we may contact you if any issues arise with your order. Our customers security is integral for us, thus the information provided at the time of checkout is protected by a 256-bit SSL certificate that encrypts (scrambles) your information to ensure a secure transaction. All information provided is subject to verification with the credit card company to assure accuracy and reduce any chance of fraud.
NOTE: All checks and money orders (Except USPS Money Orders which clear the same day) will be held for 7-10 business days for clearance time. There will be a $25 fee on all returned checks. On any order under $500, a $25 processing fee will charged on any Bank Wire Transfer payments. Please contact us if you wish to make other payment arrangements, or inquire about the methods listed above.
APO/FPO Payment Methods
We are happy to accept orders from our service men and women and ship using USPS Priority Mail. Due to the forwarding service provided to APO/FPO addresses, we can only accept orders under $500. Please contact us with any questions or requests and will try to accommodate them the best we can.
When paying by credit card, we can only ship to the confirmed billing address or alternate shipping address on file with your credit card company. To add an alternate shipping address on file with your credit card company, simply call the customer service number on the back of the card and ask them to place a temporary shipping or ‘Alternate Shipping’ address on file. We will not ship to any address that is not verifiable with your credit card company.
Canadian Payment Methods
We accept all major credit cards from Canada, either directly on our site, or via Amazon Pay
International Payment Methods
International customers are welcome to checkout on our as well. The approved payment methods for International orders are either via Bank Wire transfer or Amazon Pay. You may process an order either directly on our site, or by calling +1-818-835-9494. To process your order online, simply click the ‘Add to Cart’ button, and either click the red ‘Checkout’ button to select Bank Wire Transfer, OR click the ‘Amazon Pay’ button below our checkout button to process your order using your amazon login. Amazon Pay will allow you to make your payment using a credit card of your choice or whichever card you have on file with Amazon. If you are paying by Bank Wire Transfer, and the total purchase price is under $500, there will be a charge of $25 assessed to the total price of your order. Please contact us with any questions regarding these payment methods.
After You Place an Order
All items which state ‘Contact us for lead time’ may be a special order items and will take a certain amount of time to acquire. If you wish to know a more precise timeframe, please give us a call and we will be happy to find out for you either before or after you have processed your order. We encourage you to call with any inquires prior to processing your purchase.
Once an order is processed on SavingsHub.com, you will receive an email confirming your order. Please notify us immediately if you see any discrepancies on the pro forma invoice so we may remedy any issues as soon as possible. Once your order is processed, we will email you your invoice which will include the total amount paid for the item purchased as well as your tracking number. This is your receipt for the transaction. If any issues arise during the processing of your order, we will call the phone number(s) provided on the order as well send an email explaining the issue. Please make sure to let us know if the item you are purchasing is a gift and if we should not call or email so that we do not ruin a surprise. You may do so by putting a comment on your order, or emailing us with your order number and your request. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you require special arrangements for any order, as we are here to try and accommodate all our customers.
At SavingsHub.com one of our main goals is to offer goods at the lowest price possible. We pride ourselves on saving our customers the maximum amount of money on each item and truly live up to our motto “We Save, You Save, Period”. In addition to already reduced prices, we are also happy to offer an additional 3% discount on any item under $3,000. Simply remit payment in the form of a bank wire transfer, check, or money order, and we will provide you the money we did not pay the credit card companies to process the payment. Any item over $4,000 already has this discount calculated into its sale price because we only accept bank wire transfer, check, or money orders on orders exceeding that amount. On any order under $500, a $25 processing fee will charged for Bank Wire Transfer payments. Please contact us for further details, as well as to obtain our bank wire details, or mailing address for any check or money order.
Domestic Shipping Information
SavingsHub.com offers FREE shipping on ALL domestic orders and FREE Overnight shipping on any order over $500. Ground Shipping, First Class or Priority Mail generally takes 2-7 business days for delivery. Additional shipping options are offered during checkout. Domestic PO Box and APO/FPO orders will be shipped via USPS mail (Note: this service is not overnight, and can be delayed due to sorting reasons). Please call or email us with any inquiries.
International Shipping Information
SavingsHub.com offers FREE USPS or FedEx shipping (depending on the shipping country or region) on any international order over $500. Orders under $500 will incur a shipping fee of either $34.99 for USPS Priority/Express Mail or FedEx Economy International (depending on the shipping country or region), or $49.99 for FedEx Priority International. Orders that qualify for the free shipping offer may upgrade to Priority Mail for $19.99 at the time of checkout. USPS Priority Mail international can take up to 14 business days for delivery. USPS Express Mail or FedEx Economy International shipments generally take up to 7 business days for delivery, and FedEx Priority International mail generally takes 2-5 business days for delivery.
Please note, the purchaser is responsible for any customs fee, duties or VAT that may be charged once the package clears customs. We do not ship to international PO Box addresses. In the case that a parcel is refused due to duties, the duties and the return shipping fee are deducted from the refund, in addition to any restocking fees that may be assessed.
Canada and Puerto Rico Shipments
SavingsHub.com offers FREE USPS or FedEx shipping to Canada on any order over $500. Orders under $500 will incur a shipping fee of $19.99 for USPS Priority/Express Mail or FedEx Economy International (depending on the shipping Province), or $34.99 for FedEx Priority International. Orders that qualify for the free shipping offer may upgrade to Priority Mail for $14.99 at the time of checkout. USPS Express Mail or FedEx Economy International shipments to Canada generally take up to 5 business days for delivery, and FedEx Priority International mail generally takes 2-3 business days for delivery.

All shipments to Puerto Rico will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail subject to all Domestic Shipping policies mentioned above. Express Mail is also available at the time of checkout.
General Shipping Information
Some shipments may be subject to signature requirements upon delivery. All domestic USPS Express Mail, FedEx 2nd Day, or FedEx Standard Overnight or Priority Overnight shipments will require a signature upon delivery. Please contact us for complete details. We are not responsible for reshipment fees should the package be returned to us after the courier attempts delivering the package unsuccessfully. Free Shipping does not apply to exchanges, refunds, or repairs. Free Shipping does not apply to items over 5 lbs and all freight shipments.
If your package is not delivered in the amount of time promised, please contact us immediately. Also, if the package arrives damaged for any reason, please contact us so we may file an insurance claim with the courier.
No Hassle 30 DAY Return Policy
Our main concern is to make sure each of our clients is happy with their purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with the products you have ordered, you may simply return the item in 30 days, for either an exchange or a refund. Please note the package MUST be returned in the same condition that it was initially shipped. Please contact us for details. Any item returned outside of the original packaging, and/or with any blemishes, scratches or any marks of the sort will be subject to a restocking/refinishing fee. This includes the box the item is sent in as well as the item itself. Please call or email with any questions.
Please contact us to obtain an RA number if you wish to process a return, or for additional details regarding our return policy. Without this RA number, your return may be delayed for a few additional days while it is sorted.
Watch Warranty Information
All watch purchases come with a 2 year SavingsHub warranty. Normal factory warranties only cover the movement of the watch, however, we offer a more comprehensive warranty which will cover the external parts of the watch as well such as the crown, stem, crystal, as well as the movement. Please contact us for full details as certain limitation apply such as water and physical damage. If you ever need any warranty work done, just get in contact with us and we will send you a prepaid shipping label so you do not incur any additional costs.
Water Resistance Details
Please keep in mind that watches are not waterproof, they are instead water resistant with very specific instructions for proper use. The warranty does not cover water damage, and we recommend following the guidelines set forth by the manufacturer for your particular model to avoid unnecessary issues and expenses. Always make sure to have that the crown is screwed down, or pressed in, before the watch gets wet or submerged. For dive watches, please follow the specific guidelines provided in your instruction manual, or give us a call for complete details. We recommend cleaning the watch with freshwater anytime the watch has been submerged in salt water. This will avoid corrosion and prolong the life of the watch.
Any item on SavingsHub.com that does not state will SHIPS WITHIN 24 HOURS can be considered a special order. Special orders may not be eligible for returns or assessed a higher restocking fee. We recommend visiting a local retailer to make sure the item is in fact the correct model. Once an order is placed for a Special Order item, a fee may be assed if the order is cancelled or altered. Please do not hesitate to contact us with any inquiries or for complete details.
SavingsHub.com reserves the right to refuse service or cancel any order at its sole discretion. NOTE: SavingsHub.com reserves the right to make changes to our site and policies at any time without notice. These policies cannot be altered verbally by any representative of SavingsHub.com. If any of these conditions shall be deemed invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable, that condition shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining conditions.
If items purchased for use outside of California are used within California; including storage, use, other consumption, or if the information herein is determined not to be accurate, the purchaser assumes all liability for the payment of any applicable California Tax, payable directly to the California State Board of Equalization.
