Domestic Shipping Information
SavingsHUB.com offers FREE Ground shipping on any domestic order over $100 and FREE Overnight shipping on any order over $500. We also offer additional shipping options which are offered at the time of your purchase.
Domestic PO Box and APO orders will be shipped via USPS Registered mail (Note: this service is not overnight). Please call or email us with any inquiries.

International Shipping Information
SavingsHUB.com offers a variety of international shipping options which are offered at the time of checkout. Please note, the purchaser is responsible for any customs fee, duties or VAT that may be charged once the package clears customs. We do not ship to international PO Box addresses.

General Shipping Information
All items will be shipped with Direct Signature Requirements, meaning someone will have to be available to accept the package. We are not responsible for reshipment fees should the package be returned to us after the courier attempts delivering the package unsuccessfully.

Free Shipping does not apply to exchanges, refunds, or repairs.

If your package is not delivered in the amount of time promised, please contact us immediately. Also, if the package arrives damaged for any reason, please contact us so we may file an insurance claim with the courier.

Return Policy
We strive to make each shopping experience as easy and convenient as possible If you are not completely satisfied with the products you have ordered, you may simply return them within 14 days for either an exchange or a refund less any shipping fees that were paid (if applicable) and any restocking fees. All electronics will incur a 10% restocking fee, and all sunglasses, watches and jewelry will incur a 5% restocking fee.

Please note the package must be returned in the same condition it was initially shipped. Any opened electronics will not be accepted for either a refund or an exchange.

Please contact us to obtain an RA number if you wish to process a return, or for additional details regarding our return policy. Without this RA number, your return may be delayed for a few additional days while it is sorted.
